Fidelity Offer (FO) : Europa League™ 2020 final stages

Members benefiting from this offer will receive complete soccer picks for the 2019/2020 final stages of Europa League™.

Entitled members will receive soccer picks for the entire final stages of the competition starting with Europa League™'s Round of 32 games all the way to the final at the Stadion Energa in Gdansk on May 27th. The total number of picks is 61.

Requirement: 3 months of consecutive subscription renewals

Fidelity Offer Plus (FOP): Fidelity Offer + UEFA Champions League™ 2020 final stages

Members benefiting from this offer will receive the entire Fidelity Offer as described above plus the complete UEFA Champions League™ Round of 16 picks. Entitled members will receive in addition to the above mentioned 61 Europa League™'s picks all our UEFA Champions League™'s picks, starting from the Round of 16 games all the way to the final hosted by the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul on May 30th. The total number of picks is 90, 61 for Europa League™ and 29 for UEFA Champions League™.

Requirement: 6 months of consecutive subscription renewals

Common rules and regulations

For a member to be eligible for the Fidelity Offer he / she must subscribe at least for three consecutive months, i.e. October, November and December 2019. To be eligible for the Fidelity Offer Plus a member must subscribe at least for six consecutive months, i.e. from July to December 2019 included.

Qualification criteria for the Fidelity Offer is 3 months of consecutive subscriptions using the same user information. Qualification criteria for the Fidelity Offer Plus is 6 months of consecutive subscriptions using the same user information. By 'subscription renewal' or 'subscription' in the sense used on this page it is understood the payment of the Full Monthly Membership subscription fee.

The above mentioned offers consist in distribution of soccer picks as described for each offer in particular to the eligible members. The soccer picks cannot be swapped or exchanged for ice hockey picks even on request by the entitled member.

As you may already know the final stages of the competitions will be played between February and May 2020. Distribution of the soccer picks related to the present Fidelity Offer and Fidelity Offer Plus will begin no sooner than mid February 2020. The distribution and overall presentation of the soccer picks for the Fidelity Offer and Fidelity Offer Plus will follow our general delivery guidelines for regular picks as presented under General conditions on the Membership page of our website.

The eligible members will be duly notified by e-mail when they have qualified for one or both offers within one working day after the required qualification criteria has been met. If a subscriber considers that he is entitled to benefit from one or both our offers and he was not duly notified within one working day about meeting the appropriate qualification criteria he should send a message to servicesbet-helper.com to ask for a clarification. All our databases are regularly checked by a member of our staff to prevent any system errors.
