Tournament logo | The official competition's logo was once again designed with the contribution of the now closed Portuguese design agency Brandia Central. It was unveiled in 2014 by Russian cosmonauts orbiting the Earth on the International Space Station. The logo itself symbolizes a "lift-off" movement of a ball with stylized windows, bringing football emotion and human excitement closer to the stars.
Tournament mascot | The mascot of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ is a football playing wolf called Zabivaka™, roughly translated as "the scorer". It was presented on October 21st 2016 and it is the creation of Ekaterina Bocharova. The official selection was conducted online on the official FIFA website and it has seen the participation of more than 1 million voters.
Official ball | Adidas™ is, no surprise, the supplier of the official ball for this edition of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia ™. The name of the ball is "Telstar 18", like the first ever FIFA World Cup™ ball produced by Adidas™ in 1970, also the first to have the black & white pattern we know and it derives from the name of a telecommunications satellite back in the days. Telstar 18™ was presented in Moscow by Lionel Messi on November 9th 2017 and it has six panels.

Needless to point out that for those of us who also want to capitalize on this high end soccer competition the most profitable part is usually the first phase, which also represents 3/4 of the entire action when it comes to the number of games to be played.
